They came in after a previous contractor left us with a major mess, and not only did they repair everything properly and efficiently, they also cleaned up the other contractor’s mess—going above and beyond. They worked professionally and to code on our flat roof, torching down a rubberized membrane and expertly creating a proper cricket between my home and my neighbour’s. This gave the roof the correct slope to safely direct water away—something the previous contractor failed to do. The work was completed on time, with great attention to detail, and the cleanup was spotless. When it came to invoicing, everything was transparent, and we didn’t pay a cent until the job was fully completed. Truly professional, reliable, and trustworthy. Silvestri and Johanna made the process of getting a new roof easy and pain free. Great communication when we had to reschedule due to weather and easily worked with my not so ideal work schedule. The crew showed up 15 minutes early and got to work right away and took care to cover all windows and doors during the job to protect the house. The roof looks amazing and the cleanup was flawless.
